Conquer Burnout Through Gratitude

In November, I generally spend time reflecting on gratitude and its healing impact. People who experience gratitude cope better with stress, recover more quickly from illness, and enjoy better physical health.
However, there is a form of gratitude that is often ignored: gratitude for self. This is the appreciation for our own strengths, how we impact others in positive ways, and the things that we do every day to support our families, be good neighbors, or be reliable professionals.
In my latest video, I share the importance of gratitude for self as a practice to overcome burnout and find more space and energy to tackle life’s difficulties.
I hope you can start appreciating yourself, the way others appreciate your care, love, and dedication.
